Faculty /Host Organization Recruitment Timeline
Now until January 25, 2027	Recommended Due Date for faculty / host organizations to post positions on 12Twenty. We encourage students to begin searching for opportunities now. The PASE Center hopes to post and open positions by Monday, January 25.
February 22, 2027	Recommended Due Date for faculty / host organizations to extend offers to students and begin working with them on their Experiential Learning Hub Submission for their Practicum and the Global Field Experience. Rationale:Extending offers by the recommended due date would allow students approximately two weeks to complete the Experiential Learning Hub Submission.
March 11, 2027	Recommend Due Date for students to complete the Experiential Learning Hub. Rationale:Students completing the Experiential Learning Hub by this date allows approximately two weeks for Site Supervisors and Faculty Practicum Advisors to approve their Experiential Learning Hub Submission.
March 25, 2027	Experiential Learning Hub Submission, Site Supervisor Approval, and Faculty Practicum Advisor Approval Due
March 31, 2026 – April 7, 2027	Students that successfully complete the Experiential Learning Hub Submission will be invited to provide additional information by completing a Supplemental Application for Funding, due on April 5, 2027.
April 5, 2027	Students that complete the Supplemental Application for Funding will receive a notification regarding the status of their award. Students will be invited to complete the Public Health Pre-Departure Course.
April 30, 2027	Public Health Pre-Departure Course Due
